Moment in Time: A Friday Tradition

This Moment
"A single photo – no words – capturing a simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember."
“This Moment” is a ritual found on Life inspired by theWee Man adopted from SouleMama which was introduced to me by Sarah-Jane. If you find yourself touched by a Moment and would like to participate, post your picture on a Friday and leave your link in the comments section.

  3. I suppose they are a little creepy! lol...They are paintings at a local juice bar that we walk to when we go to vacation at theCape. We are leaving tomorrow for our family vacation so I figure I'd dig up some photos from last year! ...yeah they are quite unusual. Painted by a local artist.

  6. Oh, I've seen patients stricken with elephantiasis but not elephant men...I 've seen an Elephant man movie... It makes me wonder what the artist could be thinking...merging an elephant face with a human body...the eyes look particularly sad. I wish I know who the artist is...

  15. Yeah, not sure what the artist is saying. But then I suppose that's the point- to make you think about what he is saying.

  17. This is lovely. It's very inspiring if you let the mind wonder. Of course I thought of that movie, The Elephant Man, and my mind went dancing from that point onwards.
