This Moment
"A single photo – no words – capturing a simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember."
“This Moment” is a ritual found on Life inspired by theWee Man adopted from SouleMama which was introduced to me by Sarah-Jane. If you find yourself touched by a Moment and would like to participate, post your picture on a Friday and leave your link in the comments section.
I love walking in forests! The tall trees are each telling a story of its own :)

ReplyDeleteSERENE......................
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, Jessica! Made me long for the mountains! :)
ReplyDeleteHopefully I shall be able to see the same light shinning or reflecting on my foot steps!
ReplyDeleteJess! What's so cool about this picture, for me - the ROOTS! The trees are upright and solid....reaching for the sky with roots firmly planted in the ground....for me that's an allegory of the Christian fully grounded in Truth, the Word of God and the Lord Jesus Christ, amen
ReplyDeleteBEAUTIFUL, THE TREES ARE HOME TO SO MUCH LIFE. <3
ReplyDeleteVery peaceful, I love walking in the woods with Shadow.
ReplyDeleteJess:
ReplyDeleteI am reading "Lord of the Rings, Part I" and I cannot help but think of the forest traversed by Frodo and his friends while looking at this picture. Though the forest in that book seems menacing, this one looks inviting and serene.
Joy always and a happy Sunday,
Susan
It's hard to find a good forest near where I live. I wish that when I was younger and playing in the woods, I would have been more aware of God's hand in all I was seeing.
