My two favorite parts of this video were the intro regarding "God Bless America" and the ending with "Free Hugs". As a Christian, it disturbs me greatly as I see this once Judeo-Christian nation slipping away into temporal vagaries and, yes, sin. I know God has blessed us richly in the past, but I'm concerned that the decisions made by secularists in our government over the last 40 years debunk that blessing for us as a country. I think we do need to pray that God bless us.
ReplyDeleteThe hugs should be self-explanatory - everyone needs them! As Christians, we should be the hugging champions, reaching out with love and comfort to a hurting world.
I like this Tuesday thing; I'll try to participate next week. :)
Wow!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe introduction was correct, God has already blessed us. I believe that we are then to give that blessing to someone who needs it more than we do. Jesus, gave us what we needed more than He did, God's grace.
Maybe we just pray for 'just enough', then give that to our needy neighbor.
